No Remorse for Renee Good's Death
DJT’s Morals: No Remorse for the Murder of Renee Good
I’ve held off commenting on the murder of Renee Good because, for personal reasons, I hadn’t had time to watch the videos thoroughly and didn’t want to spread rumors or false information. I’ve watched them now, and I call it what it was—murder. Murder, maybe not in the strictest sense of the law, but murder nonetheless.
I highly recommend watching the Minneapolis ICE Shooting video from the NY Times.[1]
I don’t know what happened in the moments before the video started—I wish I did. I don’t know if she was intentionally blocking ICE or just made a terrible choice while trying to get out of the way. Should Good and her passenger have followed the instructions of law enforcement? Yes, they should have. They may have been thrown to the ground, beaten, and arrested, but they’d still be alive.
But I also have to question the morals of a man and regime who would so blatantly target their own people, cities, and towns for no other purpose than to exert their authority.
Your rights according to the ACLU[2]
Trump believes: I can do it, so I will, right or wrong, and without restraint.
There may come a time when fighting to the death is better than being arrested and imprisoned, but we aren’t there yet. I fear that time is quickly coming and will be here when it is too late to stop them.
I don’t believe the masked agent who pulled the trigger feared for his life. If he had, he would have put his phone away and been paying better attention to what was going on around him. Law enforcement officers are trained not to stand directly in front of or behind a vehicle. Apparently, that was not covered in the shortened ICE agent training the TP 2025 regime has implemented this year. Or if it was, he must have missed that day or thought it didn’t apply to him.
The agent was not in front of the vehicle when he fired his weapon; he was on the driver’s side. And despite what DT claimed, he was not injured. The vehicle was moving forward, but did not speed up until after the shots were fired. The shooter is the only agent who drew his gun—no other agent felt threatened. No other agent was on their phone and irresponsible enough to walk in front of the vehicle.
If Renee Good posed a danger to society and federal law enforcement, why didn’t all agents draw their weapons and rush to secure the scene after Good’s vehicle crashed? They didn’t know in that moment that she was dead and didn’t know if her passenger posed a threat. They didn’t rush to secure the scene because they knew they’d screwed up. They knew Good and her passenger weren’t threats from the very beginning.
After the shooting, agents refused to allow a doctor to attend Good, claiming they had their own medics. Their medics were delayed because they had to arrive on foot. They claimed they didn’t want the scene disturbed, but they allowed the shooter and other agents to leave. Preserving the scene was just the initial lie told by ICE and the TP 2025 regime.
In less than 24 hours, the investigation went from one of cooperation between the FBI and local law enforcement to one with the FBI denying access to information. They wouldn’t fear sharing the information if they knew the shooting of Renee Good was justified.
Let’s put the blame where it lies—Donald J. Trump, his sycophants in the Cabinet and Congress, Project 2025, and every person who can’t see past their democracy destroying lies.
Donald Trump said, “My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me.”[3] He was being asked about his international policy, but I firmly believe this applies to his domestic one as well. Trump may not have pulled the trigger, but he bears as much guilt as the man who did. He will never feel that guilt because he is a man with no morality.
We need to accept the fact that the TP 2025 regime doesn’t care about protests on the streets of Minneapolis or anywhere else. These events are not big enough. They don’t affect them. Their lives, their information and income sources, and their entertainment and social interactions are too far removed from the majority of Americans. They are isolated and insulated in ways most Americans cannot even imagine.
We aren’t angry enough. I don’t mean angry enough to lash out violently or to damage property. I mean
, angry enough that we will sacrifice financially. Angry enough that we will risk being beaten and jailed. Angry enough to risk being ostracized. Angry enough that we see the future the TP 2025 regime is painting for us is not one of democracy and freedom, but one of despotism and oligarchy.
It will take tens of millions in the streets of every city and town, including Washington DC, to truly influence anyone who may be able to stop them. The only way to stop them is to shut everything down. The system no longer works; we need to stop thinking it will.
